TEA goes ‘back to basics’ at NMW

SUPPLIER of components for the engineering trade TEA Transmissions will remind visitors at Stand 5210 during this year’s NMW, that purchasing readily-available, basic components off-the-shelf has many benefits.

According to company spokeswoman Sally Corte, it makes environmental and economic sense for businesses to get “back to basics” whether custom building using standard parts, to repairing and upgrading existing machinery.

TEA Transmissions’ products include: spur gears and racks, bevel gear sets, universal joints and protective bellows, spline shafts and bushings, round shaft and bearing blocks, trapezoidal thread spindles and nuts.

Other products that the company offers are ball screws, worm gear components, rod ends, bevel, worm and planetary gearboxes, speed-adjustable motors and gearboxes, lifting mechanisms, screw jacks, linear actuators, telescopic slides and misalignment couplers just to name a few.

The company’s 420-page product range catalogue/CD will be available at the show.
