Australian quantum computing company, Silicon Quantum Computing (SQC), has announced the world’s first integrated circuit manufactured at the atomic scale two years ahead of schedule. 

The Australian Research Council (ARC) Centre of Excellence in Quantum Computation and Communication Technology (CQC2T) at UNSW Sydney opened its doors in mid-February.
