A man has died in an industrial accident at a printing firm in Sydney’s west, the Ambulance Service of New South Wales has reported.
The incident reportedly occurred on 22 October at Wetherill Park in Sydney around 6pm.
According to reports, the man who was in his early 30s had died as the result of coming in contact with some printing machinery.
"Unfortunately, on arrival, paramedics were unable to save the man," an ambulance service spokesman was quoted by the AAP.
WorkCover and police are said to have launched an investigation.
