EXAIR’s new stainless steel Super Air Wipe produces a 360° airstream that can blow off, dry, clean or cool the material passing through the centre.

The split design can be easily clamped around continuously moving material such as pipe, hose, cable, wire, and extruded shapes.
The stainless steel construction is suitable for food, chemical and pharmaceutical applications as well as those found in corrosive or high temperature locations.
The stainless steel Super Air Wipe ejects a small amount of compressed air through a thin slotted nozzle that pulls in high volumes of surrounding room air. The airflow uniformly ejects from the 360° of its inner diameter.
Air velocity can be varied with instant “on/off” control. Coupling brackets that hold each half of the stainless steel Super Air Wipe together can be latched together or removed quickly. Additional shims can be installed if more blowoff force is required.
The air wipes are available in 13mm, 25mm, 51mm, 76mm and 102mm diameters. Sizes up to 279mm diameter are available upon request.
Applications include wiping wire; drying inks, paint and screen printing; cooling hot extruded shapes; and blowoff of water, plating, coatings, and dust.
