Sprintex begins search for new CEO

Steven Apedaile resigned as managing director of Perth-based Sprintex Superchargers last Friday as the company reshuffles its board.

Sprintex announced this morning that Apedaile had stood down after four years as managing director, during which he’d overseen the establishment of a Malaysian factory, which began operating in February.

Apedaile will remain at the company as a non-executive director.

Sprintex has begun its search for a new CEO, with David White, Sprintex’s deputy chairman, filling the role in the interim.

Jay Stephenson will also resign as company secretary, effective December 31, with Michael van Uffelen serving in the role starting January 1.
