The fully-automatic welding machine needs only one operator, offering welding speeds up to 1m/min.

The machine is essentially a corrugated web beam production line, in one unit.

It offers a profile width of 333 to 1500mm, and a profile length of 400-16000mm (tapered: 400-12000mm).

Web thickness is 1.5–3.0mm steel (optionally 1.5 to 6.0mm); the unit can weld steel coil and flange flat steel.

It incorporates a PLC control system with operating pane.

According to the Perth-based distributors, Specialist Machinery Sales, the main advantages of the SIN Beam are that it is one-third lighter than traditional H beam machines.

It is also said to be far stronger because of the corrugated web, allowing much greater spans and in may cases the removal or reduction of columns.

Users can produce various widths and lengths without producing scrap.

Specialist Machinery Sales says there are no imported and shipping costs and delivery can be JIT.

No special skills are required to run the fully-automatic welding machine that is run by one operator.

Specialist Machinery Sales can supply the machine to automatically manufacture the SIN Beam at 1m/min.
