THE new Crystal XP2i digital test gauge is said to be rugged, intrinsically safe, with high accuracy 0.1% of reading between 20-100%, 0.02% from 0-20% of full scale.
It has data logging capabilities, and is temperature compensated from -10°C to 50°C.
The gauges are now available with a pressure safety valve testing option (PSV) that changes the Xp2i from its normal reading mode of three readings per second up to 7.2 readings per second and will capture the opening and reseating pressures of the valves on the peak high and low displays.
The accuracy of the units is not degraded by rapid pressure changes and they can withstand overpressures from 1.5 to 6.5 times their range.
