Enware Australia has extended its
ranges of emergency eyewash and
deluge equipment to include stainless
steel emergency showers and eyewash
solutions that meet AS4775 and ANSI
Z 358.1-2004 standards.
The showers are designed for indus
trial and commercial use where work
ers may be exposed to particularly
hazardous chemicals and other injuri
ous substances, including battery acid.
They also comply with the Australian
Standards requirement (section 2.7.2
battery charging installations) which
says facilities for quick-drenching of
the eyes and body shall be provided
within eight metres of the work area.
Also available is an extended range
of Tobin sterile and safe eyewash dis
pensing systems for industrial use,
including spill prevention and second
ary containment technologies, such as
drum pallets, hazardous liquid dispens
ing equipment and work stations.
Industrial and commercial deconta
mination equipment, wash water recy
cling technology and biohazard spill
kits including Zeomed biohazard spill
kits and FAST-ACT chemical and
vapour neutralisation technologies
are also available.
