The new Roche Wrappa is an ergonomic pallet wrapper which can be wheeled to and around the job to stretch-wrap goods.
According to the inventor, Glenn Roche, the pallet wrapper provides a mechanically assisted way to carry the wrap roll, with leverage to tension the film and a halved-weight passive lifting system to raise the film from the ground to top of load height.
The product is operated by leaning in the direction of the wrap and wheeling the wrapper forwards. It features a safely-concealed wrap- cutter and a wrap-end-keeper so the end of the film is not lost by sticking back onto the roll.
The Roche Wrapper is said to eliminate the use of forklifts to load mechanical wrappers, bringing the pallet wrap per to wherever the load stands.
