New cutting/inserting wadding machine from MACA Engineering

MACA Engineering has released a new design coil-fed, cutting/inserting wadding machine for plastic and metal caps/closures.

The TID/4 machine, available through HBM Plastic Technologies cuts liners from coils and inserts them into aluminium or plastic caps.

The cutting/inserting wadding machine has an output speed range from 8,000 to 36,000 pieces an hour, depending on the number of punches and closure type.

Features of the MACA Engineering wadding machine include a horizontal de-coiler that allows the feeding of a complete pallet of coil rolls directly from the pallet to the machine thereby minimising operator intervention.

The machine also features a die tool with two columns allowing the possibility of one to four cutting/inserting punches according to the required output and the closure size.
