AUTOMATED Control Engineering Group (A.C.E.) has introduced the West 8080 temperature and process indicator which offers high accuracy temperature or process inputs.
The custom-designed display is reportedly larger than other instruments of this size and can be set to change colour to indicate alarm status.
The WEST 8080 has an output configuration of up to 3 in total, maximum 2 for alarms and maximum 1 for retransmission of PV. The LED display allows viewing of multiple values including the process variable, alarm values, maximum value, minimum value and elapsed time since reset.
Feature include: large five digit display; colour change on alarm; min/max value hold; 2 process alarms; security lock; process transmitter PSU; PV retransmit option; and RS485 comms option.
