The Thermo Scientific Horizon Fogging Test System has been designed to measure the amount of volatile organice compounds (VOC’s) emitted from materials used in manufacturing according DIN standards.
According to Rheology Solutions, the system simulates the exposure to hot and cold and replicates the long term affects on the materials, such as cracking, breaking and shrinking.
The system has a robust pump design for uniform heat transfer, tight temperature controls to ensure difference between plate inlet and outlet do not exceed 1°C and a large volume tank with 6 flasks which allow users to complete multiple tests at the one time.
It also features cooling plates mounted to side of tank for convenient storing, sealed bath surface to prevent liquid vapour condensation on glass plates and four adjustable feet to make sure bath is level.
