Bestech Australia has released the Digiforce 9306 universal test system for press-fit, torque, clinch and process control.
The press-fit controller is suited for processes in which clients must demonstrate precisely defined functional relationships between two measurement variables. Examples of this include relationships between force and displacement during pressing, or between torque and rotational angle during bolting.
According to Bestech, the system controls up to ten workpieces per second, and provides data about the process status. It includes a diagnostic tool for counter-measures, onboard standard sensor interfaces, 32 measuring programs, Profibus DPV1 and Pc software.
The Digiforce 9306 can be used to monitor fastening, riveting and caulking operations, and in torque control in the production of hinges, seatback adjustment mechanisms,and rotary switches.
