The range consists of both live and dead centres in several types, plus a rugged selection of face-drivers.
Live centres come in four variants. MainLine, featuring continuous lubrication, surface-hardened bodies, and ground tapers with through hardened spindles, is the top of the range for lathes and grinding machines.
Over pressure security is via disc springs, and loads are carried by thrust ball bearings and spindle needle bearings.
This series is available in three versions. SM is for precision machining at high feed rates, ST is for normal cutting and SU is for heavy duty cutting at lower feed rates.
For the budget conscious there is the economically priced EcoLine. There is also the VariaLine which is a range of flexible live centres with interchangeable tips and attachments for large diameters.
The super accurate HP line is for grinding and fine turning.
The Rotor range of live centres covers morse taper 1 to 7 plus various metric sizes. Dead centres come in a selection of styles with both high precision and budget models available.
Face-drivers allow for efficient and precise machining of a workpiece over its entire length with just one chucking. With cylindrical centre mount or morse taper, these units are available in five sizes with chuck capacities from 24mm to 150mm.
Driving pins are interchangeable and spring pressure is adjustable allowing selection of the most suitable pin and contact pressure for the application.
