Packaging companies merge

Integra Packaging has completed its East Coast coverage capability with the merger of Melbourne-based companies – Pallet & Case and The Wooden Box Factory – with Integra Packaging (Group) QLD and NSW.

Speciality in ‘traditional’ timber crates, boxes, pallets and high-quality wooden presentation boxes from the Victorian operation – now joins the Integra Packaging expertise in R&D, packaging design and total packaging solutions.

Roger Till MD of Integra Packaging said, “Our teams across three States (a total of over 60 people) are now in a position of combined strength to better service cross-border customers. It means we can provide a total East Coast service with similar expertise – locally, state-wide and tri-state”.

Integra Packaging Chairman, John Fisher OAM said “It’s great to welcome Jamie Rothnie and his Melbourne business. Jamie brings real experience and skill to our leadership and he and his team strengthen our total Eastern Seaboard service to customers”.
