Oracle announced last Tuesday that it would be introducing its enterprise Cloud Platform to Australia.
The platform adds PaaS and IaaS services to the company’s current market offerings finance, human resources and marketing.
Oracle claims that the Cloud Platform would reduce cost and complexity and better utilise digital solutions.
Rob Willis, regional managing director at Oracle Australia and New Zealand said that the new offerings would help customers boost their competitive advantage.
“This expansion in the local cloud market reflects our commitment to meet growing customer demand for new solutions as they seek to transform and boost their competitive advantage,” Wills said.
Oracle claims that the Platform is the industry’s broadest and most integrated public cloud, offering a complete range of services across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
