Tecpro introduces stainless steel retractable hose reels made for performance and reliability

Tecpro Australia introduces the complete range of Ramex stainless steel
retractable hose reels in Australia and New Zealand.

Available in standard AISI 304 stainless steel, the hose reels can also
be supplied in AISI 316 stainless steel for applications requiring higher
standards of hygiene and chemical resistance. Additionally, ATEX-compliant hose
reels are available on request from Tecpro for potentially explosive
environments.

Unlike brass wetted components used on some of the hose reels available
in the market, Tecpro’s range uses AISI 303 swivel joints and hardened and
ground AISI 416-420 shafts, increasing their durability and making the reels resistant
to chemicals they are exposed to in any application.

The retraction springs in Tecpro’s hose reels are manufactured from
special German spring steel for exceptionally long life. Operator strain is
reduced and easy recoiling of the hose is enabled thanks to a consistently
smooth action of the springs. The tension in these springs can be easily
disabled for quick and safe replacement on site if needed.

Tecpro’s stainless steel hose reels also suit a very wide range of hose
diameters and lengths, with the open design simplifying washing of the hose and
reel, and ensuring a more hygienic workplace.

Tecpro’s retractable, spring and motor rewind hose reels are made using
high quality materials and components, ensuring exceptional performance,
durability and hygiene for any work site.

Tecpro is an exhibitor at OzWater’15, Australia’s
international water conference and exhibition being held in Adelaide
from 12th to 14th May. Tecpro representatives will be on
hand at stand 1A12 to answer any questions about ILMAP nozzles as well as
the company’s full range of technical solutions.
