Scott Moffat has been appointed general manger of Pilz’s Australian and New Zealand subsidiaries, replacing outgoing general manager Frank Schrever.
Announcing the appointment, head of sales at Pilz International, Klaus Stark, said: “Mr. Moffat’s expertise in our core market segments will enable him to immediately contribute to the ongoing growth of the company and allow the business to fulfill its market potential in both Australia and New Zealand.”
Moffat is a senior executive with over 20 years experience and extensive knowledge in the automation, energy, mineral processing and petrochemical industries and possesses a unique blend of engineering background and corporate finance coupled with strong business acumen and customer focus, Stark says.
