Safety in Action, Victoria’s largest dedicated trade show for the safety and materials handling industry, has wrapped up for the year, after a full program of seminars, live demonstrations and exhibits, running from Monday to Thursday (16 to 19 April, 2012).
Held at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre, the event covered the latest, most talked about topics in the industry.
Over 50 cutting-edge seminars on the industry’s hottest topics were presented by industry leaders including Norton Rose, the National Safety Council of Australia, Noel Arnold & Associates, Safe Work Australia and many more.
The latest safety solutions were presented "in action" at the interactive live demonstration stage.
Visitors were able to questions and speak to the experts personally for a more interactive, hands on experience.
A free health check was available at the WorkSafe Australia stand (L02). Taking just 15 minutes, the health check was free, quick and confidential.
Visitors had the opportunity to discover hundreds of new and existing Australian manufacturers & suppliers and thousands of new products and solutions for their industry.
Plus attendees were in with a chance to win a share in $1,000 worth of height safety prizes including audits, inspections, training and risk assessments, just by visiting Workplace Access & Safety at stands H26 or O13.
