Lencrow Group has been appointed as a distributor for Dieci Australia’s telehandlers
and attachments in Queensland and Victoria. An established supplier of materials
handling equipment, Lencrow views the inclusion of the Dieci telehandler as a
natural fit to their range.
According to Ross Grassick, Managing Director of Lencrow Australia, the
rough terrain telehandler was the missing link in their market offering of a complete
solution for materials handling equipment ranging from pallet trucks to
container movers. The world-leading Dieci telehandlers will now be available
through Lencrow in the Queensland and Victorian markets where Lencrow intends
to focus on the construction, mining, agriculture, infrastructure and rail segments.
Paul Jenkins, Director Dieci Australia believes Lencrow is the
ideal partner for Dieci Australia as both companies share very similar values
of customer focused support and quality across all aspects of the business. Dieci
is confident Lencrow will extend their sales and support network across both
states. Dieci sales staff in Victoria and Queensland will now transition to
Lencrow to ensure consistency of contact with the customer base.
Both companies see benefits and synergies with their current service
agents, including Dieci’s Authorised Parts and Service Agent (APSA) program,
which can only enhance the customer support experience.
Lencrow has offices in Dandenong, Victoria and has recently relocated to
larger premises at Archerfield in Brisbane.
