Expands cylindrical products that require shrink fitting.

Induction heating is used to expand bearings, gears, couplings and other cylindrical products that require shrink fitting. All functions are automatically controlled by a custom designed micro-processor. The LCD readout provides a step-by-step menu keeping the operation simple, and user friendly.

This form of heating consumes less power than other methods, and fully meets regulatory requirement. Conventional use of heating using oil baths and gas torches are now considered outdated, and inefficient.

The LINMAST “D” range is an export orientated product designed to meet international requirements. Special consideration was given to heavy industry and the mining sector with the introduction of the LBH160D suitable for heating product up to 600kg.

With six models available there is a unit for all applications. The new range is available on www.linmast.com and provides a simple selection chart, an animated “How it works” page, and some handy product information.
