Fire damages factory plant in suburban Brisbane

A fire which broke out in a factory plant at Carole Park in Brisbane's southwest on Monday night caused extensive damage to the property.

A fire broke out in a factory plant at Carole Park in Brisbane's southwest on Monday night. Though the fire was quickly contained, it caused extensive damage to the property.

As reported in the Corier Mail, The fire occurred at Cobalt St, Carole Park and Emergency services were called to the site at about 10.30pm.

Nobody was hurt but one shed was extensively damaged.  It is believed the factory had recently changed hands and was closed at the time of the fire.

Police are continuing investigations.
