Food industry technology supplier, ConTech, has reportedly saved $48,300 per year on running costs by using TECHNI’s Waterjet Intec 510 cutting machine.
According to a press release from TECHNI, the machine helps reduce waste and costs, therefore increasing profit. The company also claims it is better for the environment and better for the customer’s bottom line.
ConTech has many years of experience supplying the food industry with turnkey projects. The company has completed projects in the baking, confectionery, powder handling, snack-food, nut, pet food, pharmaceutical, canning and bottling industries.
“Our TECHNI Waterjet Intec 510 (5 x 10) with ESP-55 Cutting System has been the easiest machine to operate,” said director, Scott Thompson.
Contech engineering runs two shifts, with the second shift cutting quarter inch stainless steel conveyor panels and UHMWPE components.
