Mitsubishi Electric Australia has launched its new System Integrator program at the Modern Manufacturing Expo this year.
The program is designed to support automation integrators with tools and resources to build their business.
Executive Director, Commercial and Corporate, Mitsubishi Electric, Meighan Heard said that Mitsubishi Electric wants to build closer relationships with the system integrators who work with their products.
“It’s a program we’ve developed, which has elements of training and education, product and technical support, marketing, communications support,” she said.
Heard said that Mitsubishi Electric can do more to help system integrators in Australia take products and solutions out into the manufacturing industry.
“What we want to do with them, is together support the Australian manufacturing industry,” she said.
Mitsubishi Electric has also announced the program’s first Diamond partner, Colin Heath, owner of A.I Automation.
The program will give System Integrators access to a suite of benefits such as pre-project assistance, technical support and comprehensive health checks.
They will also be able to purchase a range of products through their choice of Diamond Distributors or other authorised Mitsubishi Electric Australia resellers via this program.
They will have access to a partner portal, newsletter and technical library as well as sales and product training.
Marketing support will also be part of the program as they will be listed on the Mitsubishi Electric website and have access to a partner logo.
Colin Heath, the first Diamond Systems Integrator of the new program, said he is pleased to support a brand that has high reliability and quality that is well known within the industry.
“As a Diamond Partner I have been given access to a range of incredible benefits,” he said.
“Including a higher level of technical support from Mitsubishi Electric.”
