Compressor technology group, Sullair Australia, has appointed Goughs Power Systems/Goughs Cat as its exclusive distributor in New Zealand.
Goughs Cat has a network of 16 branches across the country, and is the authorised distributor for construction and mining equipment manufacturer, Caterpillar.
According to Sullair Australia’s construction and mining marketing manager, Ian Tessmann, Sullair has been providing tailored compressed air solutions to the region for over three decades.
“Working together with Goughs Cat represents another milestone in serving New Zealand industries,” he said. “As our exclusive distributor, Goughs Cat will supply both new and second-hand compressor equipment. This appointment means NZ industry will have unprecedented access to Sullair’s extensive compressed air experience and technologies.”
Together, the two companies will support a wide range of NZ’s industries, and enhance the compressor technology group’s strong presence in the mining, construction, hire, and exploration drilling industries.
Jackson McAdam, Gough Power Systems’ business manager–engine division, said Gough were delighted to become part of the Sullair family.
“Our commitment to supplying customers with the power system solutions needed to operate their business at maximum efficiency is further complemented with the addition of the Sullair range to our product solutions,” he said.
