IN an ongoing commitment to education to engineering adhesives and sealants, Henkel now offers a variety of Loctite training opportunities and with the unveiling of the company’s new Engineering Solutions Vehicle (ESV), practical hands-on experience and technical expertise will be available to manufacturers all over Australia.
In January 2005 the first ESV took to the road, with more than 2,500 primarily maintenance personnel and engineers Australia-wide experiencing everything there is to know about the latest Loctite products and techniques inside the fully equipped vehicle.
Matching the design of its predecessor, the new vehicle will seat up to eight people in insulated and air conditioned comfort and is complete with testing and demonstration equipment and the latest in audio-visual facilities.
From within each ESV, product and reliability training can be delivered right to the customer’s doorstep. Each module lasts for approximately two hours and includes hands-on demonstrations and a review of the common causes of failure and their prevention.
The ESV sessions are suitable for all levels of personnel and the company advises early registration to avoid missing out.
ESV training seminar features include hands-on training, all trades, training materials supplied, as well as reviews of common failure causes and prevention.
Workshop can be tailored to meet individual company needs through a plant tour and pre-survey, and can be scheduled at the customer’s convenience.
