SMI has used modular construction and ‘need-only’ engineering to produce machines that are close to half the price of their full sized models.
SMI Pacifica’s Steve Warren says for the first time, smaller manufacturers can afford the same basic SMI technology that the majors have been enjoying in Australia for fourteen years now.
The first batch is now in stock for immediate shipping.
LSK systems are suitable for cans, bottles, jars, and most other rigid containers including plastic or fibre.
The LSK range will also handle shelf-ready trays or pad packs, shrinkwrapped in a variety of groupings. Speed can be further increased by retrofitting twin-lane pack handling.
