IDC Australia is holding a luncheon specifically for Technology practitioners within the manufacturing industry to discusss current trends amongst Australian manufactures, in manufacturing operations and supply chain thinking.
According to IDC, Australian manufacturing is reaching a tipping point and the event will provide a space for attendees to engage with other leading companies and industry analysts to get advice on how to move their company forward.
IDC says:
“Being a developed country in a developing region, manufacturing has survived and thrived due to efficiency and productivity, however as labour and raw material costs continue to rise and the Australian currency strengthens, manufacturing companies must continue to modernize to be competitive.
Those companies that do achieve this next level of performance improvement will be able to take advantage of the great opportunities that exist within the Asia Pacific region.”
The roundtable will be held at The Hilton Hotel, 488 George Street, Sydney on Wednesday 30 March commencing at 12 noon.
