HOPPECKE Germany has appointed Euro Power Australia as the new sole distributor for the Oceania region.
This exciting new venture will see Euro Power offer the full range of high quality Hoppecke Motive Power batteries, chargers and accessories. Euro Power is owned by the management of Hubtex Australia, a specialist side loader company.
Bill Parry, Managing Director of Euro Power said he was delighted when the deal was confirmed on a trip to Germany last week.
“Hoppecke was always the first choice for quality batteries for our Hubtex Side Loaders,” he said.
Parry wanted to ensure the continuity of supply for these quality batteries was secured for the whole Australian and New Zealand market.
This distribution agreement has guaranteed that customers looking for a premier motive power energy solution now have access to the best that Europe has to offer.
Hoppecke Germany is a major player on the international battery market with an annual turnover in excess of 280 million Euros and over 1,400 technical and engineering staff around the world.
The German connection continues for the teams at Hubtex Australia and Euro Power as their now famous attention to service and quality products are extended from German side loaders to include precision made German batteries and newly developed and technologically advanced chargers.
Euro Power will operate a full warehouse with high levels of stock of the top selling lines to meet all expected demand from the first day of operation. “Euro Power will be distinguished by high levels of stock and even higher levels of service and reliability.” Bill said.
The Euro Power warehouse at Riverstone will be supported by the national network of branches and service infrastructure of Hubtex Australia.
The launch date for Euro Power has been set for 1st August 2008.
