After a “horrible” July, Holden expects August sales figures to show a strong improvement when these are announced today, reports News Limited Network.
Holden has seen over 11,000 deliveries in the last month, with good numbers of its Cruze moved.
“We're going to sell a helluva lot more than we did in July and you'll see us back to normal sales rates,” chairman Mike Devereux told News.
“We sold 1800 Cruzes in July, we sold 3000 in June, we've been averaging 2500, so I imagine there are a few parked out there so we'll have to sell through those.”
The Vfacts sales figures are expected to also show Nissan and Ford with improved numbers.
