Enterprise Connect is conducting a series of free breakfast seminars in NSW in November.
In Newcastle, the seminar will be on Manufacturing Strategy – an action plan based on factors such as operational productivity, workflow efficiency, capability and the company’s product and service range, and how they relate to the strategic, long term goals of the company.
This seminar will assist attendees to develop an action plan so that from an operational perspective, your company is equipped to reach its strategic targets.
The presenter will be Bruce Macaulay Bruce, a senior manager with over 25 years professional engineering experience.
Bruce is the manager of QMI’s Innovation team and brings to the company a wealth of practical experience in the areas of New Product Development methodologies, Operations and Lean Manufacturing techniques.

In Campbelltown, the seminar will be on management succession planning.

This seminar will look at the issues surrounding succession planning, put them in the context of owner-managed businesses and suggest ways that attendees can start to address these often difficult issues, now.
