VIBROFLOW VSB-60/400 4M VIBRATING VIBRATORY TRAY FEEDER SCREENER

This vibratory feeder is in excellent working condition. It was previously used at a battery recycler which was sizing shredded Lithium Ion batteries.

Fitted with a 0.5mm aperture woven wire mesh and a rubber ball deck system installed directly below the woven wire mesh.
This provides for a constant cleaning of the screening surface as the vibration of the screen causes the rubber balls to bounce uncontrollably in all different directions thus hitting almost every region of the screening surface and thus shooting out the particles that get pegged in the fine mesh screen.

It separates contents via a mesh and screen sheet that sits inside the tray. Fine/small contents fall through the screen and out of the first outlet, larger contents vibrate out the second one.
