We have a very good used condition, Sunderland model 27SDH gear planner for sale

Specification & info as follows:

The machine is very well equipped
1. One head/slide for cutting Spur/single helical gears max face width 380mm (15) / max pitch 1 DP (25 Mod)
a. For single helical gears the max. helical angle is + or 30 deg.
2. One head/slide for double helical gears max face width 380mm (15) / max pitch 1.5 DP ( 16 Mod) / helical angle 30 deg.
3. Two cutter heads single acting and double acting
4. Rim/work steady rests for cutting large diameter gears
5. Change gears full set (approx. 60 gears)
6. Speed gears (for different cutting speeds) 5 sets
7. Cutting trips 5 or 6 for different length faces (up to 15 face)
8. 4 and 6 work arbours with bushes for outer work support
9. Operation manual and work charts (for spurs/helicals and double helical gears)

Machine serial number: BB471 it was built in the mid 1960s
