From the Coil, it forms Pittsburgh Edge, Notches, Rib Rolls, TDF Flange and then folds the duct.

This line is mainly for producing square ducts with TDF flange, the processing capacity is more than 1000 square meters a day.

After dimensions of the TDF flange duct you want to process has been entered, the machine can complete the following functions: Uncoil, leveling, beading, notching and punching, shearing, pittsburgh locking, TDF forming and hydraulic folding.
