The McCloskey J50V2 Jaw Crusher is suitable for many hard rock Mining, Quarrying and Recycling crushing applications.

The J50V2 is the largest Bolted Jaw available in its class at 50 x 29 wide (1270mm x 735mm).

The Larger Jaw and Live Pre-Screen on the McCloskey J50 V2 Jaw Crusher provides an unbeatable combination and results in a higher capacity compared to other Jaw Crushers in the same class. You also reduce jaw liner wear.

You can efficiently screen out a guaranteed sized product from the side / scalps conveyor with different meshes as needed.

The live pre-screen works at a constant RPM. The Pan feeder automatically adjusts RPM with a level sensor to keep the jaw fed.

Use of a scalping screen after the jaw is sometimes eliminated. This reduces the amount of equipment required on site.

In Mining Applications, the pre-screen can be used to remove saleable product direct from the side conveyor. E.g -8mm Iron Ore Fines.

For Quarrying applications, the Live Pre-screen efficiently scalps out road-base or overburden. This leaves a clean crushed rock suitable for further processing into aggregates.

When used in Recycling applications, the Live pre-screen removes excess sand from the concrete, which would otherwise put the crushed concrete material out of specification.

The McCloskey J50 V2 Jaw Crusher also benefits from a larger chassis, with wider 1200mm discharge belt giving the highest capacity conveyor and stockpile height available in its class.

The uprated McCloskey J50V2 Jaw Crusher is a larger/heavier duty BOLTED jaw design, featuring hydraulic wedge adjustment.

Push button jaw setting with simple hydraulic controls to operate the crushing plant make the J50V2 the ultimate Heavy-Duty Jaw Crusher.
