Mild Steel 1500L Blender with blade design. The blade design has 4 sets of blades internally which move the product in opposite directions. This design is very efficient and provides an excellent mix. The benefit of this design is that it is much easier to clean over the double helix design. This blender has a central loading hopper ontop and well and two hinged access doors for easy access inside the blender. It has a central bottom outlet which is 250mm in dia with a butterfly valve installed. There is a 15kw 415V electric motor belt driving a gearbox that turns the shaft at approx 20rpm. The end bearings are mounted externally behind packed glands to protect them from any product that is being mixed. This type of blender is an excellent machine to mix dry powders grains and other materials. They can also be used to mix wet materials such as render. We can also supply this blender is st/steel 304 or 316. This blender is built to order lead time 8-10 weeks.
