Came off a machine with serial number prefix JNW
This is a fully rebuilt body with original liners - less than 6500hrs.
Curved plates used to decrease the chances of fatigue points & cracking
Internal liners: 20mm BIS400 pressings have been installed to the rear inside corners for both wear protection and strengthening to an area that is prone to cracking.
Internal side walls: New 12mm internal side wall wear plates have been installed.
Floor plates are in very good condition. At least 85% remaining.
Box Sidewall Liners: 12mm BISPLATE400 have been installed to stop wear in a high washout area.
External rear strengthening plate: 20mm BISPLATE80 installed at rear end to stop cracking in problem area.
Gunnel protection strip: 20mm BISPLATE400 installed to protect external weld and top gunnel bar.
Wave pressing: 12mm BISPLATE80 installed to lower outside corner for extra strength
Front corner bash plates have been replaced with 20mm BISPLATE80
Underbody condition is excellent. It has been sandblasted, cracks repaired and painted.
100 x 40mm BISPLATE 500 wear strips have been installed inside rear box section to prevent wear in washout area.
