Capacity: 650 Litres 910mm dia x 1m vertical straight side Tank is electrically traced, with digital temp display, currently set to 50?C can go up to 90?C Agitator is a SEW 0.37 KW 46 rpm 415 volt 3 phase Half moon hinged lids at top with 2.5 inch inlets. Conical base to a 40mm outlet. Mounted on stainless steel legs. Last used for heating chocolate. Excellent condition.
