APV Australia - Stainless steel jacketed tank with sweep mixer / scrape surface agitation. 400 Litre volume. Insulated, Jacketed. Jacket tested to 100 PSI. Jacket design temp 200 degrees C 3 Phase, 415V, 0.75kW scraping agitator rotating at 20 RPM. Tank has a stationary baffle internally to aid with mixing. Unit has two hinged lids with safety switches attached. One lid has an inspection lid on top also. The tank has multiple 1 and 3 inch ports on top for filling/cleaning. Also comes with a high level sensor, a temperature sensor, and a Micropilot M FMR 244 Level Radar for continuous, non-contact level measurement of liquids, pastes, slurries, and solids. (Untested) Tank has a 4 inch outlet with a pneumatically operated ss butterfly valve. Previously used for jam. Tank is in great condition and agitator has a slight noise in gearbox but otherwise runs very well.
