ROLLOVER crashes worldwide represent nearly one-third of crash-related fatalities and serious injuries.
In an attempt to address the rollover crash problem, forensic engineering and safety solutions provider, Delta V Experts (DVExperts International) has developed a world-leading high performance rollover protection system which can be retrofitted to a wide range of light vehicle fleets in the resources sector.
ROPS have been developed for all types of vehicles ranging from All Terrain Vehicle (“Quad Bikes”), light vehicles (SUVs, wagons, utilities etc), small and large trucks and even combat tanks.
The company has also developed a Rollover protective structure (ROPS) Performance criteria, and test protocols to ensure effective light vehicle ROPS design and implementation.
To date, over 1500 vehicles have been fitted with the DVE designed ROPS systems, in countries including South Africa, United States, Colombia, so far, with the intention of having the systems fitted to thousand more vehicles, including within Australia.
