Australian Manufacturing Forum members to feature in the Advanced Manufacturing Summit 2015

Four members of the Australian Manufacturing Forum on LinkedIn will feature in the first session at the Advanced Manufacturing Summit 2015, to be held from 17 – 18 November at The Menzies Hotel in Sydney.

AMS 2015, organised by Ausbiotech, is the country’s premier event focussed on the sector and members are encouraged to attend.

Peter Roberts, founder of the AMF, will moderate a panel of three inspirational Forum member CEOs in discussing ‘what is advanced manufacturing?’:

1.     Pat Boland, Founder, ANCA. The company is a world-leading manufacturer of CNC machine tools, with factories in Australia and China.

2.     Philip Butler, Director, Textor Technologies. Textor developed the world’s first 3-D non-woven fabric and produces and largely exports millions of square metres annually from its Melbourne plant.

3.     Paul Longmam, CEO, A.H. Beard. The company makes Beard, Domino and King Koil beds, licenses its technology extensively overseas and exports Australian-made beds for sale through 32 of its own shops in the Shanghai region of China.

4.     Anthony Kittel, CEO, Redarc Electronics. Redarc is a successful maker of automotive aftermarket power solutions, and has received numerous awards, including the Telstra South Australian Business of The Year in 2014.
