Allied Forklifts has purchased FTA Forklift Hire in Western Australia, a company dedicated to hiring-out forklift equipment throughout the state.
FTA Forklift Hire has operated for over 20 years and has a large base of forklift hire clients.
Allied Forklifts is now owned by a former FTA Forklift Hire manager, who left in 1996. Allied Forklifts purchased FTA Forklift Hire asa strategic acquisition to enhance its growth, the company says.
The Sale Agreement includes the acquisition of all hire equipment, along with new and used sales equipment, and the assignment of WA Taylor-Dunn agency, its phone number, web domain, client records, hire contracts and key staff.
