ACCC investigates Boral’s union boycott allegations

The ACCC has begun investigating the CFMEU over what Boral
claims is an illegal boycott on Melbourne building sites.

The Australian Financial Review reports that the ACCC will
investigate claims due to new evidence cited by the commission’s chair, Rod
