70% space already sold out for 30th AUSPACK edition

The 30th anniversary edition of AUSPACK, presented by Australian Packaging and Processing Machinery Association will be held from 24 March to 27
March 2015 in Melbourne.

According to Mr Luke Kasprzak, Portfolio Director – Industrial Division,
Exhibition and Trade Fairs, the organisers of AUSPACK, 70% of exhibition space is
already sold out with eight months to go, proving that exhibitors recognise the
biennial event as the premier processing, packaging and materials trade show in
Australia.

Mr Kasprzak observes that the overwhelming industry support is due to AUSPACK’s
enviable track record over the last 30 years in showcasing
world-leading trends and innovations in processing and packaging machinery
technology.

Several companies continue to exhibit at
successive AUSPACK editions for the measurable results derived over the four
days of the trade show.

Mr Burt Beaumont, Sales Manager – Australia & New Zealand, Fibre
King notes that they have been exhibiting at AUSPACK for over 25 years. In
addition to leads and project enquiries, key takeaways for Fibre King include
the opportunity to network with existing customers, showcase innovative designs
and build alliance partnerships across the industry. Fibre King will be
introducing Australia to its global brand, Oryx Automation at AUSPACK 2015 in
addition to promoting their newest product, the Active 150 palletiser.

Another frequent exhibitor, Mr Peter Hutchings, Managing Director of
FlexLink Systems commented that they have signed on again for 2015 following
successful exhibitions over the last four shows.

Mr Hutchings explains that they consider AUSPACK as a fantastic vehicle to
communicate and demonstrate their company’s products and capabilities to their broad
range of customers. FlexLink Systems looks forward to showcasing their comprehensive
range of conveyor systems, stainless steel solutions, software, line control
and pallet systems at AUSPACK 2015.

Beginning in 1985 as a modest exhibition for a dozen companies on a
cement floor in the Horden Pavilion in Sydney, AUSPACK has evolved into one of
the largest trade shows in the country, having showcased over 308 exhibitors in
2013, including 112 international exhibitors from 18 countries.

APPMA Chairman Mr Mark Dingley notes that AUSPACK exhibitors today represent
the entire spectrum of the industry from processing, packaging and filling
machinery through to packaging materials, product identification solutions,
materials handling, ancillary components and more.

Show highlights of the AUSPACK 2015 edition
include the Packaging and Processing Week, which will see the expansion of the
national technical forums and provide a three-day knowledge and educational
program, as well as the APPMA Industry Excellence Awards and other networking
events to celebrate the 30th anniversary.
