Tsubaki Australia has introduced the new GT4 Winner BS/DIN series roller chain into the Australian & New Zealand markets. The announcement follows the product’s successful launch into the European market last year.
Tsubaki GT4 Winner series is a fourth-generation BS/DIN premium quality roller chain designed for reduced wear and elongation resulting in extended service life.
According to the company, the GT4 Winner chain incorporates four key improvements to achieve this performance.
The new production techniques reportedly results in a seamless bush with grooves on the inner surface which act as a lubricant reservoir holding oil between the bush and pin where it is needed most.
The extruded bush with precise cylindrical profile and surface finish results in optimal surface contact between the pin and bush, while the centre-sink rivet head allows for easy disassembly of chain and ring coined connecting link, unlike standard slip-fit links, allows the chain to be specified up to full kW ratings, the company says.
Tsubaki GT4 Winner is available in sizes 06B to 48B as standard, with larger sizes on request. It is available in simplex, duplex and triplex variants.
