Banner Engineering’s WORLD-BEAM Q20FF fixed-field background suppression sensor offers sensing capabilities with visible red, fixed field background suppression and a sensing range up to 6 inches (150 mm).
The Q20FF can reportedly solve an increased number of sensing applications in a variety of industries, such as material handling, robot assembly, food and beverage and pharmaceutical goods.
It comes with world-wide standard sensor housing with 25.4 mm (1 inch) mounting hole spacing. Models are available with 2, 4, or 6 inch sensing ranges.
The sensor also have DC operation from 10 to 30 VDC with complementary solid-state outputs (1 normally open, 1 normally closed), PNP (sourcing) or NPN (sinking) by model.
