Bob Sproull, an international expert specialising in aligning manufacturing
processes with business goals, has confirmed his participation in the upcoming National
Manufacturing Week 2015 (NMW) in Melbourne.
Mr Sproull will present on practices that erode manufacturer profit and
the best ways to improve them. Manufacturers using or considering some form of
Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to drive bottom-line improvements through
optimised processes will attend National Manufacturing Week 2015 (NMW) for
strategic and tactical advice from Mr Sproull.
Mr Sproull is attending NMW 2015 courtesy ECi Software Solutions (ECi), a provider of business management
software, e-commerce, technology solutions, and services that help independent
enterprises grow and compete. Mr Sproull, who is a special consultant for ECi, has
been consulting for manufacturers from diverse segments for over 40 years, and
has been responsible for dramatic turnarounds at three different manufacturing
companies. He has also authored three books (with a fourth underway) to help
manufacturers optimise processes to improve the bottom-line.
Bob Sproull will present at the R&D Hub on the NMW show floor on
Thursday, 28th May from 3:00pm-4:00pm.
