Internal combustion forklifts

KOMATSU Utility Co has introduced its new internal combustion engine trucks ranging from 3.5t through 5.0t capacity.

The CX50 Series features an original compact engine enabling low fuel consumption and low environmental impact. The new 4-cylinder diesel engine also meets the EPA Tier 2 and EU Stage II emissions regulations.

According to the company, the combination of the new compact proven engine and new hydraulic system with variable displacement pumps makes the series very fuel efficient.

Additional features include a Wet Disc Brake system equipped as standard and CLSS (Closed Centre Load Sensing System) allowing for better hydraulic efficiency and sophisticated control.

The combination of the forklift’s dual floating structure and OHG cabin design proved by the BX50 Series is said to provide maximum comfort for the operator to increase productivity.

Wide room uncluttered floor space and wide open step increases safety in addition to easy getting on–off the truck.
