WORKSHOP chemical specialist Wurth has upgraded its cutting and drilling oil and gel.
Called Cut & Cool, the chemical is available as an oil in 5-litre containers as well as a convenient 400ml aerosol. And as a gel in a 250g can that incorporates a handy application brush.
The chemical is suitable for drilling and cutting where exceptional lubrication properties can improve the operation. It can also be used for shaping, cutting threads, gear-cutting and deep hole drilling.
Cut & Cool has very good adhesion to worktools and is free from mineral oil, is non-miscible with water, and has high anti-corrosion properties. It contains no chlorine, sulphur, phosphorous, silicone, resins, or acids as well as being free from paint wetting substances.
